response to the top two above. I took a prinkmaking class a couple of semesters back and also a surface design class which was essentially screenprinting. i recommend both highly.
and as far as making the screen print distressed that way, I suppose that it would just be a matter of applying less ink through the screen, although ive never tried to do it intentionally.

I liked the way it came out with the distress at the bottom. Is there a way to control that? I've never silkscreened.
